BLAST-N-CLEAN ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF ERNIE BYERS JR. AS
PRODUCTION CONTROL MANAGER

ALBUQUERQUE, NM (December 3, 2007) – Blast-N-Clean LLC – the patent holder of an automated waste cart/container cleaning system, which uses EPA-approved biodegradable fluids to clean, sanitize, disinfect, degrease, and deodorize garbage carts in less than 15 seconds – has announced the appointment of Ernie “EJ” Byers Jr. as Production Control Manager.

Prior to joining Blast-N-Clean, EJ owned a company he started in 1999 called Demo X Transportation, contracting trucks for hauling. Working with 30 trucks, he dealt with a lot of material, large numbers and many people.

Although EJ’s father, Ernie Byer’s Sr., is the primary inventor and did the most work on the development of the product, EJ had a significant part in the invention process and his name is on all of the patents. He continued to run Demo X Transportation while working on the development of the Blast-N-Clean product. When the opportunity arose to work for the company of the product he helped invent, EJ sold his company to come work for Blast-NClean.

“It’s great that our product is meeting a market need, but it’s even better that it’s helping keep our ground water safe and clean,” said EJ Byers. “Homeowners from our pilot programs have contacted us asking when we are going to come back and clean their carts again.”
